We’ve partnered with the highly successful Ursa Major operation to purchase and syndicate Prince Quattro.
The 6yr old is by Notwowcato out of the Kayf Tara mare, Hillview Chloe.
He’s won twice over hurdles in Ireland, at Limerick last year and at Down Royal this season.
Since joining James Owen this spring, Prince Quattro has improved 12lbs over hurdles, winning at Worcester in June and Market Rasen in July before finishing 4th in the £20k Cartmel Cup in August.
The Prince then massively outran his odds when running a superb at Cheltenham in October – a truly memorable occasion for all his owners!
He’s been a model of consistency on the all-weather recently, finishing 2nd at Southwell, 4th at Newcastle and most recently 3rd at Wolverhampton (24th November). He again finished on the podium when 2nd at Southwell (12th December). He finished 3rd over 2m at Lingfield (12th January) before deservedly getting his bold head in front at Southwell (22nd January).
